What if the shared exp in botlane gets increased to 70% exp instead of 65.2%?

Hello all ^^

I'm wondering if the exp gain with two champs is increased to 70-75% instead of 65.2% will that make botlane feel better? Atm you will automaticly fall 1.5-2 levels behind before midgame begins (not calculating jungle mobs, kills, assist, deaths or any other exp increases except minions). Levels make so much diffrence (especially toplaners know this (the lv 6 vs lv 8 after 1 mistake matchup is the best example)) With all the recent drama about botlane. I think this is a good solution to make botlane feel stronger. Instead of buffing/nerfing values all around, botlane will just get more base stats and its automaticly a buff for all botlane champs. Also botlane could get so much more then safe farming range + support combo if you dont fall behind on exp. Last why is it 65.2% exp gain with two champs, what is the logic behind that number ? Is it intented so you will fall 2 levels down in mid-game ? If so it's weird. You want supports and adc to feel impactful but the core design of shared EXP makes them weaker mid-game/late-game where i thought adc and supports where supposed to shine?!

Experience distribution isn't really the issue with bottom lane at the moment.

Bottom lane (and ADC specifically) are experiencing issues at the moment due to the number of early objectives on the bottom side of the map (namely, Dragon and a weaker turret for First Blood Tower).

Since teams wish to secure these objectives (and prevent the enemy from taking them), they will typically focus bottom lane early and remove any real contribution either ADC can make. Games are generally decided by whichever lane successfully ganks bottom lane first since they can turn that into 2x kills, dragon and first blood tower.

After gaining this massive lead, bottom lane is free to roam to top and mid to pressure the towers in both lanes. Laning phase is generally over at this point (around ~8 minutes) and the game just snowballs extremely quickly from there.
