Add more power to Smite other than Chilling Smite

As a jungle main, I've noticed that I and many other junglers tend to pick up chilling smite way more often than the other jungle items.

Chilling is just inherently better than the other two items . Challenging Smite is really not viable except for some niche AD picks like Yi, Shyvana,, Xin, Nocturne, and Warwick, but even then, you'll still want Chilling since most of those I mentioned lack any strong CC.

Unless your team is really built around the jungler and can provide the CC necessary when they gank, Challenging Smite is just gonna fall short. Challenging should provide movement speed or something.

Trackers might also need a considerate buff. I only ever see it on counter junglers like Lee Sin, Shaco, Nunu, and Evelynn, and that is even rare in of itself. Maybe it should even get a minor smite effect to make it better like adding a circular vision radius around the last thing you smite for 1.5 minutes.

Challenging Smite is a great pick up on most dueling junglers for extra damage and durability.

Tracker's Knife is a great option for support-ish junglers and counter-junglers since vision has always been extremely powerful.

Stalker's Blade is good for ganking jungler or champions who need the additional mobility.

All of the options are currently quite strong and don't really need buffs.

new smite buff for Trackers Knife:

Hungering Smite: You can smite champions and neutral camps and minions, and if u do use your smite, u gain a 10% movement speed buff that lasts for 5 seconds and after the 5 seconds, u lose 1% of it every second

idk about the numbers but the idea is that u get a bit of chase so u can secure the kill a bit easier. i find that champs that do use this lacks any cc so it is hard to actually chase. so instead of offering cc, u get to chase, and if u get counter ganked, u can escape. kinda like a low risk medium reward, whereas the chilling smite is higher risk but high reward as well. another plus is if the gank goes sour, u can leave and get back to farming faster, or get out from under turret faster.

challenging make the other one do less dmg, great to fight against skirmishers

chilling gives better ganks

tracker give free vision (on paper its the best)

I think Challenging Smite does enough already. Some junglers prefer it, like Master Yi who has more than enough ms to stick on his targets and just wants raw damage instead. It might not be as popular overall but most preferring one, some preferring the other, and some willing to go either way seems about as good as you can expect on the balance side.

The vision options seem a little lackluster (same with the support item alternate paths) but I think that just means those items can be retired. Players just seem to get enough vision from their trinkets + pinks and don't really want to give up the utility on their items for wards. If a player really wanted to still have a bunch of wards with a blue or red trinket, I think sightstone is a good enough option for them. No one complains about having more health
