"Boosting" Using Dynamic Queue Cannot be policed by Riot (Riot please stop it)

I am curious, I am aware that boosting is definitely a bannable offense. And frowned upon. However I want to bring up both a question, and a huge problem.

With Dynamic Queue, boosting websites are offering a "safe" way of boosting. Queue ing in a game with a booster. Therefore, you don't risk being banned, as you are playing on your own account. This is happening on several websites, (a friend told me about this and suggested using it, but I don't think its a wise idea, id rather try to climb out myself then waste money and possibly getting banned..)

are just two out of many. The 2nd one even lets you queue with 2 3 and even 4 boosters.

Now this is bad, and i mean really BAD, as in so bad it has me tilted since i got placed in high bronze this season from gold because of MMR soft resets ( a different irritating issue in itself) Especially since riot can't effectively ban accounts who use this specific service, (queuing with the booster, (however can still ban the actual boosters accounts playing which seem to rarely get caught because of VPN's). This actually is such a widespread problem it is causing an imbalance in the ranked games especially in lower silver, bronze games. It is well known, that there are hundreds of thousands of accounts using this system according to unofficial sources.

I am wondering what is riot's stance on this practice, since it would be nearly impossible to track the accounts that use this service without being played as a booster itself.

I would like to hear a riot response on this issue, because it is indeed a major flaw which is being abused openly and often.

So if you think you are stuck in Bronze, because the enemy team just wrecked your team, and seem to be way above your skill level, indeed, this is likely one of the possible reasons..
