Unexpected Errors (after recent server issues) 4/29/2016

I cannot seem to get into a game. Everytime I try to get into a game, there is so much client lag I cannot even select a champ to ban or pick. There has been no changes with my PC, or its software or configuration. I can clearly see other players trying to, and I have noticed several other players having the same problem and complaining about it in pregame. It has caused me to become temporary banned for afk (not banning or picking).

Please help us. The server/hardware problems are still ongoing. And it is affecting my ability to play, as well as others.
