Riot using Outdated Adobe AIR and Shockwave Flash

RIot is using an old version of Adobe AIR and Shockwave FLash 21.0 r0 which contains known vulnerabilities. How can I remove these off my PC without breaking the game? With the current cybersecurity warfare going on, I don't wish to have these outdated versions on my PC. Thanks.
