Not receiving mastery 7 tokens scoring S.

I have obtained S several times and can only get 2 mastery 7 tokens for teemo. I have won 10+ games with an S since then and not received my final token. Is there any way I can find out why? Thanks guys.

Are you sure it was a S or S+ and not a S-? I find it hard to believe you got a S or S+ with that cs.
