Leblanc and Talon. Suggestions on how to fix.

Look other then Kassadin you pretty much never see the other 2 in competitive play. I want to offer the balance team a fair suggestion to re-install the silence mechanic on these champions. Give the silence back at max rank for each respective ability. When you guy's nerfed these champions you took their mighty blades and tomes and replaced them with tickling feathers. Look I TOTALLY agree that anything longer then a second for a silence/suppression/stun etc. feels like an eternity in this game.

HOWEVER, It really isn't sensible, practical, logical or fair to the players who have dedicated so much time and energy into these champions only to make them complete garbage at the competitive level. What the balance team does so often is over simplify an issue and then take the nerf to the extreme.

Why can't leblanc have a silence on her Q at max rank? By that time [DISCLAIMER OF COURSE I MEAN WITH USE OF ANOTHER ABILITY AFTERWARDS TO PROC] At the very soonest you will be level 9 with your silence and by this point in the game the enemy team has so many more tools to deal with you and laning phase has probably ended.

PLEASE consider the possibilities just by limiting the phases of the game these powerful mechanics can be used. Dear Balance team, mathematically you are spot on with nearly everything. You've made so many champions viable through meaningful nerfs and buffs.

You guys need to start thinking outside the box more when it comes to unique mechanics. Consider reducing the time to .75 or .5 seconds. A silence will always be strong but reducing the window of opportunity to act within the silence duration allows a high skill cap to be maintained and counter-play to still exist.

Please spread word of this thought! I want the butterfly effect to happen and the proper people to see this and understand what's what about silences! You know the BAD but we know the GOOD.

I am a religious LeBlanc main and am totally fine with the removal of the silence. It separates skillful LeBlanc players from the rest of the freelo train. If you want to play LeBlanc now, prepare to dedicate a huge amount of time to become proficient, but also expect massive rewards when you are rolling faces with her skill cap on Mt. Everest.

champions get nerfed all the time unfairly-ryze is going to get gutted and ive mained him for 2+ years now-people just want to complain, and riot will just go through cycles of nerfing and buffing, however unfairly.

I would pick Ryze into talon, and LB-i NEVER had a problem with their silences, NEVER. I felt they were fun to play against. Like I said, champs get nerfed, champs get buffed, and Riot just listens to the garbage player base complain.
