Do you know how freaking OP that makes champs like Lucian and Sivir, who can freaking spam their spells all day while never running out of Mana either? Ok, Lucian could use some love, but Sivir was opressive before, now shes just plain broken.
I know you want to make Season 6 the season of ADCs (which is bullshit, since EVERY Season since a Meta formed was the season of ADCs, just give me one example of a time where it was viable to build a team without ADC...) but making them just broken OP compared to other classes? Seriously, you can do better... well... I think... I start to lose that faith in you...
