Quality of life change for Banshee's Veil
I think this item, the more the game evolve, the mroe it become less useful.
Don't get me wrong it's a pretty cool item, even for squishies that want to have that shield and some durability, but the is on core proble with it.
The shield is too much random and easly popped before any type of fight.
Sure it saves you from some damage, but let's be honest, everyone who buy this item buy it only for 1 reason:
Block 1 targeted CC
That's really the whole point of it right?
Right now it's very very hard to use the shield to prevent a CC effect, because the enemy will pop it before the fight, or simply because it pops with ANY KIND of ability.
So i'm here to talk about a change.
NEW EFFECT: The shield now block the first CC spell that hits you (slows, stuns, fear etc...) but no longer prevent the damage of it.
It's a nice trade off i think. Think like a Morgana shield but without absorbtion effect and a long CD.
