Why dont i get a chest when me or my friend get S
I pick an champion which i am able to get an chest on, i'm able to get 3 more chests, we finish the match i get S but i do not recieve the chest?

There's a limit to how many chests you can get. Up to 4 at once, and it refreshes potential chest once a week. If you've gotten a bunch a chests lately, you've probably have hit your limit and will have to wait a few days befoe you can get another.
If you open your client and go to your profile tab, it tells you how many you have at the moment at the bottom left corner.
IIRC, I think your friend also needs to play a champ they haven’t gotten an S on, but I’m unsure
