Olaf's Q

I've been seeing a lot of olaf being play lately, ok nothing wrong with it but I can see why when he's Q dose 70/115/160/205/250 (+1 per bonus attack damage) and is on 7 sec cooldown if olaf pick up the axe, the cooldown is reduced by 4.5 sec.

Maybe low the damage just a bit or making cooldown be like 12sec and lower it to 7sec. Everything is ok about him just he's Q poke to hard. hell I beat down Riven so hard she was 0/10.

He hard counters Riven, which is why you beat her to the ground.

A better opponent with a better champion would kite, dodge, poke, and run you out of mana. Q is pretty expensive, and spamming it too hard is a terrible idea, especially if you're maxing it and need it for damage.
