Well both teams' 5v5s are kinda trash, so I don't think they would ever go up against each other in a 5v5. Both teams would probably opt into splitpushing with their toplaners, and have 4 people in mid, although vayne will probably be splitting too.

You do realize you called both setups "Team A", roooight?

Statistically the second one would win.

Vayne Sona Fiora attract a lot of toxic kiddys, so the first team is likely to go down in a flamewar or have a ragequit/int.feeder.

While the other team can just mute their Cassiopeia and be fine :D

vayne can 1 shot 4 of those champions with a single tumble so i think the vayne team would win.
