Now I'm just posting my opinion here so I would love to hear others thoughts. I will split the lists between minor gameplay updates (changing/adding to 1-3 abilities including passive) and then major gameplay updates (4+ changes up to full rework). (ALL CAPS for severely needed)

AMUMU DR. MUNDO Fiddlesticks JANNA Kayle Master Yi Nocturne PANTHEON SHACO UDYR Those are the champions that I really think need to be looked at if you don't agree or want to know why I think they do just comment below and I will respond as promptly as I can.

Add azir. Into minor they only have to revert his ult to the ping pong and his e to a knock up, it wouldn’t make him super op or even that op ,since both those abilities are used as much for damage. Also viktor should be added to major the mighty viktor mains are all but one

I agree these champions could be added in, but I mainly added in ones that riot has turned a blind eye to for a significant period of time and/or are extremely dated and/or extremely toxic.
