Uptick in Constructive G&B Posts

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the tone of G&B has seemed more inclined to look for solutions that rant about problems or demand changes ever since Repertoir started his charm offensive? It's almost like, now that we feel that there's a good chance of some Rioter knowledgeable about game balance (sorry, KateyKhaos, we love that you try) weighing in with an opinion or asking an interested question on our posts, we feel like there's more merit to discussing the possibilities of improvement than wallowing in grievances.

Imagine that, Riot. Imagine that.

I'm also a bit surprised that when I write long, detailed explanations of what I feel are problems with things.... people actually read them and upvote them. What's going on here?

Usually long and detailed posts either get ignored or downvoted for being too long to read.

I usually sort what I see on here by newest, and I've noticed a different trend. Crap posts are being deleted at a faster rate than they used to, so attention is being drawn to those that actually support discussion.

Maybe I'm just seeing things, but either way Riot is doing something right.

repertoir has a habit of driving discussion in a constructive direction by asking an important question when he posts in a thread. he never says "okay we are/aren't going to make changes to this" when he posts

He has given this board the purpose that it needed since its release.

I just hope he won't be too dissuaded by the ignorant bronzies that complain about fine champions or harass him.
