Zilean Should Have Never Been Buffed

• Easy to land AOE stuns with high base damage and high scaling
• Ability that lets him use his other powerful abilites right after another (if one 2.5 second 99% slow isn't enought try two............)
• Point and click slow so strong it might as well be a root or a powerful allied speed boost
• Infinite value revive ult

He wasn't played much before, but after the Q buff he got a while back he's being played more, and I'm now realizing that his kit is incredibly annoying. Also before the Q buff, it's not like his winrate was bad, he was only buffed because of a truly abysmal playrate, and people complained the stun was too hard to land.

IMO a powerful AOE stun should be hard to land. Before the stuns took skill to land, but now they can barely be called a skillshot.

This is one champion that probably should have a low playrate.

Right now mid Zilean has a 53.67% winrate, the 2nd highest for mid. I think the obvious thing to do to fix this is to revert the buff to his Q, he being played more but his playrate is still pretty low, so the buff didn't really fix anything. Reverting the buff would probably bring him closer to a 50% winrate like he was before.
