Did they change the total duration of Sivir's W?

I swear yesterday i played her and i was missing my third shot on W because it was ending much MUCH faster than i realized. I am talking like maybe lasting at most a second.

I don't know if its a bug or not but it definitely feels off.

That change was 4 months ago and i would have noticed the difference before hand.

This is different the ability is only lasting at most at most 1 second long at times and sometimes even less.
