I don't know if its a glitch, but I was just playing support against a lulu, and got 2 shotted at level 3... She just would walk up to us and 2 shot us over and over again, and take no damage...

Are you sure you aren't amplifying the situation? If she really did walk up and shoot you 2 times at level 3, and you die. She is hacking. If she lets say, did 200 dmg with her 2 spells when you were at 150 HP and you died, that is just fine.

Also did she really take no damage? Are you SURE it wasn't her shield?
