so annoyed with my teams

People have bad games, it happens. I understand that, you cant win them all. Why when I died twice, the jungler say, oh hes a noob, I'm not gonna gank him at all. Im having a rough game. Im sitting under tower, their jungler, and mid are camping me, diving me, and making it worse. Meanwhile the whole team sits there and calls me a noob. They wonder why I can't seem to do anything right. Well Im sorry, but calling me a noob isn't doing anything but making me angry. I could try to roam, but the other mid is so fed at this point that he makes roaming hard to. Meanwhile they refuse to acknowledge me as anything but a noob. I'm sorry, but why is the right. Why do we allow this community to let this happen. Why is this ok...

There is this magical button called mute. But know the feeling

Muting is always a good idea in these situations. But it doesn't help the fact that sometimes when you're getting bullied in lanes some jungler/teams will just leave you as it is. I've had junglers refuse to gank just because the enemy laner has 2-3 creeps on me. So i believe the blame is somewhat shared. Just my opinion

It's amazing that people don't realize that flaming your teammate probably drops your win chance by at least 25%. Everyone has a bad game from time to time. When that happens, you help them out. If you can't get far enough ahead to be able to help your team, you probably wouldn't have won the game anyway. I can't count the number of games where someone got off to a bad start, our team was nice to them, and just told them to hold on and do your best, and then that person came back and we won the game.

You see, this is why I roam when supporting (and encourage other support players to roam!). It's one of the best roles to help others out, since the game isn't just about kills or ganks. Some guy is having a rough time with a lane bully? Go to their lane, heal them all the way up as Soraka, then keep your ult handy if your toplaner gets into a rough stop.

Team's got to work together until the end, so might as well make the best out of it.

Nothing worse than having a jungler afk farming while you're getting 2-3 man tower dived consistently

When a jungler calls you a noob in that situation, it is most likely the jungler being a noob not knowing how to jungle properly.

Mute, play on, report.

I just say "aaand muted" and either mute them or don't talk just to hear them get angry.

What is this mute you speak of? And what does it taste like?

The snowball aspect of League makes some games suck. There is nothing more frustrating than having a bad break or two early game and having it lead to a situation where you are completely underpowered and dominated in lane.

The only real suggestion I can give is to try to play champions that have less chance of getting in this predicament. Champions who can farm safely from range and scale well (think Orianna), or who have consistent power spikes even if behind (think Annie) are going to lower the chances of this occurring. If you play an immobile mage and fall behind, you're going to have a bad day.

If you really want to make sure you don't end up in that situation, try playing a tankier champion. Cho is a huge lane bully, and Malphite can be played mid into assassins and completely frustrate them.

If a jungler refuses to gank, just play safe. Say nothing in chat except dragon timers, flash timers, etc. That way, if you're reported for something, the chat will be on your side.
