Baron should have a Rage Mode

You know how in MMO's, when you kill the boss's first few HP bars or get them down to a certain percentage of health, their attack patterns will suddenly change and will wreck your shit if you're not prepared? I feel like a lot of things about Baron Nasher right now could be fixed if he had a forced delay (say, a 3 second "respawn" time like Sion before going ballistic) and was an actual threat to take down.
