Braum Vs. Yas
I want to know why
's shield can't block baron and dragon attacks, but
's wall can. Is there a reason for this, or is it how it is coded, and more of a bug.

Hm, idk but riot doesn't want them to be any more close.
I think it's because of the way the attacks and skills are coded. Braum is intercepting the shot, so things like area of effect are still in... well, effect. Yasuo's Wind Wall is negating the shot, basically erasing it from existence.
Braum's shield blocks projectiles the same as Yasuo, but it doesn't do the same thing with them. Yasuo's shield just deletes them, blocking them. Braum INTERCEPTS them, taking them on himself. The thing with Baron and Dragon, though, is that their attacks apply a circle of damage around the attack, like Diana's passive does. Even though Braum tanks the actual attack, he doesn't stop the Diana effect, since it's just an unusual on-hit. That's my understanding, anyway.
Last I heard Windwall doesn't block dragon attacks?
yas wall is probably coded as minions
