Remove 20 min surrender requirement and duo queue from solo ranked ladder...

How is this not common sense and in effect already? Why is there a duo queue in a solo ranked ladder when they have their own ladder?

Also remove the 20 min surrender time. I mean what if you get a int feeder or if the game is already to a point where its 0-15? Or if the team is ready to give up why force them to continue wasting time. And don't you dare say "oh I've come back from worse" because I don't see you people playing every single game where you have an int feeder or its 4v5 and winning every single time. It's just ridiculous. Maybe once in a while when its very situational it could be possible but majority of the time its not. So remove the surrender time limit.

On that note also why is surrender vote 4/5 and not 3/5? Isn't 3/5 a majority? If 3/5 players want to give up then its almost impossible to have a fair match with only 2 people trying...
