ADVICE NEEDED: What items are MOST effective on Braum?
To further explain, I would like to know what items would be most effective depending on the enemy team comp.
For example, what items for a full AD, AP, or a comp with a lot of burst.

Since this is a ad/tank heavy meta, 
should be a good buy on Braum.
The usual tanky support starts with a Targons Brace and rounds it out into a Face of the Mountain. Then you follow that up with your Sighstone/Ruby Sightstone so there's no more sneaking up on Braum. Then, my favorite part of supporting is the situational itemization. About even? They have 2-3 AP champs? Grab a locket of the iron solari. Doing good and you're ahead? Get a Zekes Herald and stomp harder. Behind and getting smashed by AD champs? Get Raunduins. AD always getting caught by Lux snare? Get Mikaels. Take a look at the situation and build items accordingly.
