ADVICE NEEDED: What Items and Champions work well with Leona?

Hey everyone, I would like to start off with letting you know I main anything tank role champions and I mainly play support. As of late, Leona has been my go-to tank support champion to play. I've been doing fairly well with her. However, I know I still have a lot of room to improve.

What are some good champions and items that synergies well with Leona?

Standard Tank support builds work well: item 3401 item 3047 item 2045 item 3110 item 3190 item 3143 Champions that work well with Leona are generally people that excel at all ins: Graves MissFortune KogMaw Twitch come to mind, with a special mention to Jinx Because if Leo all-ins, Jinx can E behind the target she goes on forcing a flash or a kill almost every time.
