i agree that darius is in a pretty good spot right now. just saying, he has a higher winrate than garen after the changes. darius is at 54%, garen at exactly 53%. both have equal play rate.

i hope theyre not going to touch either of them now, because its pretty much perfect where they are.

To be fair, when a champion breaks a 52% win rate while having a massive pick rate just a week or two after coming out then there's probably something wrong.

Win rate alone doesn't tell you a great deal. A high win rate and a massively low pick rate typically just means that you're looking at a strong counter-pick or a champion that's skewed by mains (like Heimer). But a high win rate combined with a high pick-rate is pretty damning.

Unfortunately, Riot is mostly okay with some champions being drastically stronger than everyone else in their class (Ahri, Jinx, ect) so long as that particular champion being dominate is deemed as 'healthy'. But woe betide your main if they're an off pick and ever pop up in LCS.

They guy did say that they were likely going to nerf him. Keep in mind that darius isn't that much different now than he was before. The main thing now is that he can no longer do all of his damage in an instant. Like the guy said in his rant, I think ppl just don't know how to play against him anymore

theyre both at around 12% pickrate. thats not massive.

jinx pickrate is massive. vaynes pickrate is massive (its almost at 50%).
