Grasp of the Undying

I can't help but feel like this keystone is a tad underwhelming MOSTLY because of the very limited pool of people who can use it and justify it being better than competing runes. It SHOULD take precedence over Phase Rush (but fastest Nasus is so clean), it could do better than Kleptomancy (but Moana Sugah Mama [Illaoi]) is awesome. Most Juggernauts (it's intended class) are just finding better routes to take.

And then you have outlying champions like Vladimir who have a great kit for the Resolve tree... but no viable options pushing him and likewise champions into the Inspiration tree. (Seriously, Unsealed Spellbook is great, but a guy like Vlad should focus Resolve).

Could making Grasp activate on single-target spells like his Q and other abilities bring it around? Since Riot just did the overhaul on these targeted abilities drawing aggro from minions, it would be a good option to help sustain through that new onslaught. Just thinking. Maybe Touch of the Undying, instead of Grasp? I'm sleep deprived. This could be broken af.
