I just got an S Rank as bard in Aram. Where's my mastery Token?

i Just finished the match, and was about to open the box when i realized, it didnt give me the token, (I was 1/2 on the way to M6). i feel quite ripped off now. Rito, where is it? what happened?

ARAM rewards no M6/7 tokens. I would have upwards of 60 champs at M7 if that was the case xD
