Taste of blood, Cheap shot, Scorch, Sudden impact, etc etc. lots of runes have internal cooldowns, and i/others would much appreciate having unique, easily trackable cooldown timers for them.

My Waifu Vanilla3 votesThey said they are still moving stuff around on the rune screen as well seeing what should and should not be there. There was a comment a while back but they did say they were going to look into stuff like that. Personally I would really like to see stuff like Ravenous Hunter or whatever tell me how much healing I have done as opposed to JUST saying X/5 (still give that information and who you need to kill in the hover but not as the main thing). Same could be said for the likes of things like Legend: Bloodline since runes like these are very hard to appreciate their value when you have no idea how much work they are actually doing. At least with the other legend or hunter stats you kind of know what you are getting for when you take them, but for the healing ones its harder to tell. Like if I see "I healed for like 500 during laning phase or something" I would appreciate it more than just seeing X/5.
Śhunpo2 votesJust turn League's HUD into one reminiscent of WoW's and make that toggle-able. That way we'll actually know the cooldown to each rune if we want.
Honestly I can hardly keep track of any minor rune, the only rune which matters to me is my keystone in that regard.
