When is wukong finally getting reworked? Does riot not care about him or something?

I know wukong is sort of op but his kit was really outdated and he really needs a rework, but instead of rework wukong they nerf wukong's Q, E, R damage were nerf by riot, this makes me wonder...when is wukong getting a rework? Does he stays like this forever???[zombie-brand-mindblown]
