, in the end I bought with RP (ik never use RP for champs) and I'm not interesting in anymore so I thought I'd get but then I remembered how good 
so who should I buy? I want to play a skill taking champ so who's harder to play? or ??? Who's scales better in the late game? Who should I buy? Thanks

Best Kog NA1 votesI believe if I'm correct the free champ rotations are the same throughout regions. In NA at least is on the free rotation so you can try her out to see if you like her.

is probably one of the hardest champions to play. But a good player is one of the scariest things to see.

Best Kog NA1 votesJust note that it take A LOT of practice to learn how to play or anywhere near the pros. (IMO more so for but kinda for too). Really just look at the champions that Faker plays a ton of and that's a good estimate for high skill cap champions. (I'm not kidding with that lol)

She excels at assassinating squishy targets and laning against ranged champions due to her burst damage and mobility. However, her sustain and sustained damage let her handle fighters and tanks relatively well too.
