Is platinum a fiesta for anyone else?

See the title. This elo this season is just. I don't know man. It just feels like there are a TON of boosted players.

Half of my games I'm with and against s8 diamonds. The other half I'm with people on brand new accounts that do things like start baron at 5% hp and get executed.

It is a real clown fiesta almost every single game.

Plat has always been known as a terrible elo to play in and I thought it was horrible in s8. This is just something else entirely. If I had to guess the skill of people in these games by looking at the plays being made I would guess Iron or Bronze. The only difference is everyone is at like 7+ cs a minute.
