Can we bring back AP Janna?

And by bring back AP Janna, I mean un-gut her waveclear? Pretty sure it was nerfed because with support scaling, the team was afraid she would be a safe, uninteractive, stalling, waveclearing monster. With the introduction of the new baron buff, many of the waveclear champions fell out of favor. Can we please let Janna waveclear again and let the meta decide if she is a viable solo laner not her inability to provide for her team?

Why isn't Janna allowed the tools to be a respectable mid laner, but Lulu is? Lulu offers similar levels of safety while having waveclear and doing more damage.
