SSmotzer1 votesNo, she used to be a late game champion, not she is an all the time damage dealer, but her speed is based on the duration of the game, since you know, no boots.
MagicFlyingLlama1 votesHer early game damage is not as high as most mages, since it is sustained and relies on people staying in range, and she cant buy boots for an early speed spike.
