New Leblanc is not a skill cap increase its a straight up nerf

1.5 seconds is to long. Not to mention a 5 second wait to reapply? I can say Leblanc was very strong before. The insta-burst was insane and there was no time to react. However this 1.5 second window is to long. Any decent player would back off once the mark is applied. Then Leblanc has to wait another 5 seconds to apply that burst again. In that 5 seconds the opponent can harass or kill u. The wait on the mark should be 1 or .5 seconds. The reapplication of the mark should be 3 seconds or so.

Stopped reading. The fact that you find this unreasonable only shows just ho bad u are at new Leblanc.

If you need to proc your passive more than once to kill someone outside of laning phase, you are targeting the wrong person, lol.

here is a tip.

If you are doing nothing during the 1.5 second delay, you are doing it wrong.

No.unless they nerf her passive dmg.Its a fucking 300 base dmg and 0.8 ap scaling spell on 5s cd!! i saw that bitch almost 1 shoting adc with a single E+passive proc combo...

I feel like the delay should maybe be down to 1 second, or reduce the sigil cooldown on same person passive, or give bonus damage to her other abilities after the sigil proc. Yeah, you can one shot an ADC by landing an E + proc + TLD, sure. If someone has a ROA or a Maw though, you might take off half of their health, and then you have to wait the 5 seconds for her sigil to come back to finish them off. Obviously you can still use her QWR after her E procs the sigil, but the damage seems underwhelming to me.

Now, I don't play LB, so maybe that's why it seems underwhelming cause it's just such a difference in damage from how she was initially.

One thing that might work is add a sigil charge for her R abilities. That way you can do the QRQE combo still, but you'd still need to wait for the delay to get the best damage from it.

I use to thibmnk cook time was an issue but it's not E auto procs it so you can full combo and just stick for E to finish.

If anything same target CD can be reduced but she's strong when practiced.

She is actually a lot more interesting to play now. She's much better in teamfight and she's more decision-making oriented. Though in order to be successful you gotta work ur azz off because she's actually a niche champ at the moment.

Don't think her skill cap changed. Just her play style. I personally don't like the change as a lb main because I dont' find her fun anymore, but I don't thing she's bad. In fact, her early game is actually far more oppressive now. Landing a chain is pretty much flash/kill at lvl 2/3. Now late game it might be nerf, but she also plays the fight much different. She has to deal with front line first and the work on the back line. By late game I don't think she's an assassin anymore.

For me it is sad as I can't see myself playing her anymore because I just don't find it fun. (So far I have still done well on her) But others seem to like her and I understand her new strengths.
