Does anybody actually like the new RNG Scuttle system?

Like I'm a Kha'Zix main, so these changes are good for me. I can just evolve Q at level 6 then have great dueling and also be able to take scuttles super quick. And yet even I hate it, because RNG based leads lower the skill cap and this change also shoves any JG's who aren't good early out of the meta because they'll suffer dearly from the level and gold disadvantage. Not to mention it's legit a decent unintended nerf to Kindred who could use some lovin tbh. Does anybody like this change???

Inb4 people say stuff about Kha'Zix, I know he's busted, I'm sorry my champ got a busted evolved R, I hate how little skill it requires too. But it's FINALLY getting reverted and Kha will have more counterplay after that.
