Eve is the reincarnate of Old Rengar [Not an Eve salt thread]

It's the same basic pattern post 6.

• She stealths up to you, avoiding all vision.

• She gives you a brief moment of "Of fuck" before he royally violates you, however in most cases this feels like a "You're dead" indicator than a warning.

• She then proceeds to nuke you down via point charm and a skillshot that she'd have to be bronze to miss.

• If she catches you out alone when fed, there's literally no chance to outplay her assuming you don't have Qss or cleanse. You're dead well before the CC ends.

My question is then, why is this considered okay and healthy, but Rengar's old play pattern was not?

She abuses stealth to pick off isolated targets, does similar burst when fed, has a hard CC ability unlike Rengar who only had a snare, and even has a powerful built in escape to boot.

In conclusion, this is not an "Evelynn is op pls nerf thread". Rather, I'm trying to understand why Riot is so against old Rengar's kit when they've essentially revived it in this new Eve rework design. Yes they go about things a little differently, but the core gameplay elements are very similar.

It leads me to believe that Rengar was reworked, less due to acutal gameplay health issues, and more due to adc main's hate bandwagon on GD.
