Like seriously, I think I saw at least 10 posts wanting this, or some variation of this. Would it really fix all the problems? Would it really solve all your insecurities about this game? Would it really bring back Season 5 Juggernaut Patch balance like you hoped it would be? Would it make you shut up and enjoy the game?

Not dying in less time than it takes to react would be a start.
Nobody wants season 5 juggernaut patch. They want season 5 pre-juggernaut. That's a huge distinction that you're ignoring.
I'd like marksmen to be the DPS class again, tanks to tank again, and for the ten minute attrition/sustain battle bot lane to be a thing again. All of which would be solved by everyone having less burst.
You can climb an entire rank playing a low damage tank 
with a 25w to 9l ratio and people will still make comments about how you have to only play damage "hard carrys" to climb and tanks and\or support is all rng luck.
As they play low hp squishy at champs with Glass cannon builds. Its Like people forgot what glasscannon imply.
As an old player watching folks complain about 1 shots that involve an entire kit they made 0 effort to itemize for in a comp that made no effort to interact with matchup I feel the games come pretty full circle to season 1.
Only AP build 
would erase squishys 100 to 0 with a singe point and click. 
would Insta gig, and cc abilitys lasted 2-4 seconds resuling in 6+ seconds of hard cc. Also dodge was a stat.
It whats this board wants, but this board is only a tiny fraction of the actual playerbase.

When damage is high, most that gain from them are already high damage champions. Instead of it being maybe a 3-5 hit for them to kill a squishy, now its 1-2 hits. And tanks can be cut like butter, so many Tanks go Damage unless their passives or skills rely on building tanky to do damage.
Yes, I miss actually playing the game before it's decided.
