Aggressive ping spamming negatively effects my gameplay.

I mute people who are aggressive towards me, for whatever reason. That doesn't stop them from ping spamming me with the "Enemies are missing." ping, which is both distracting, and targeting.
E.g I was playing Fizz in the jungle, We were losing because I lacked early pressure being a incompetent jungler that I am. I didn't gank for our top laner and focused more on mid for reasons being it was a overextending Xerath. I made questionable plays because I was still learning, and knowing I was tilted as hell, I was pretty used to just muting people and then being quiet while remaining kind and open to teammates, despite me feeding my ass off. Our toplaner was really giving me a hard time at every opportunity.
So I muted him.
What I was not prepared for him to barrage me with "Enemies are missing" pings every second he possibly could.
Riot I know this is a discussed issue, and that some may argue even if you mute people, you still need some way to communicate even if its non-verbally, and I totally agree pings are a great system for this. However the misuse of the "Enemies are missing" ping has been a constant issue for me, for most of my league "career" and I think it could be a fairly easy step to protect players from aggressive behavior.
The most obvious answer is just to mute pings with muting players, however that does not address the fact that thats refusing to receive any interaction from that player, effectively shutting communication. That is a issue, because depending on the situation in case you were to mute some one, it may vary on how much you want to mute them.
E.g playing ranked, you are not doing so hot and someones really doing there hardest to make sure you know it and that they are mad at you. But they are still trying to win, Not sabotage, coordinating objectives and such. Obviously you don't want to take there flack, but you still need the pings, and they are not spamming "Enemies are missing" pings on you. So just what we have now, muting chat not pings is fine.
Now here the alternative, this guy is aggressively targeting you pings and chat. This calls for a full out mute, pings an all cause clearly he's more focused on abusing you and less so working together to win. This is not an option, but it should be.
What I am getting at that a separate "ping mute" button is created in addition with the normal "chat mute," and hopefully it will help us deal with ill intent pings spammers.
Again...

P.S.
(While I am at it, It would be cool if there was a tool that SUGGESTED muting someone if it detected certain foul words, would really help some people because sometimes its not always apparent to me to mute people, and a reminder would help me and hopefully others.)
TL:DR( You are more lazy than I am... ): Separate Mute ping button. It would be cool.
