just get rid of tahms stupid delay they added onto his ult a couple patches ago and increase the damage to 3%/5%/7%. i think that would bring him back to a balanced state where he wouldn't have as hard of a time trying to duel.

If you want to get Tahm in a good shape you need to hit his w damage. Riot hit everything else instead, it's just stupid that they would preserve the most unfun mechanic while gutting the fun ones.
