Graves
Can we buff Graves. Not good early anymore, and doesn't scale too amazingly either. Graves is and was highly over rated, got curb stomped into the ground with nerf after nerf both targeted and unintentional through stat/item/rune changes.

Now he gets poked down by imba mages. Hes melee range because of his shotgun but he doesnt have too much resistance. He needs to build a lot of ad to be relevant but at the same time it leaves him exposed. He just gets bursted down too easy or gets kited and poked. He is wierd and i feel he only works again some comps.

Urgot is a better graves then graves at this point
