Can we buff Graves. Not good early anymore, and doesn't scale too amazingly either. Graves is and was highly over rated, got curb stomped into the ground with nerf after nerf both targeted and unintentional through stat/item/rune changes.

I mean, im down for buffs, but I want to avoid the situation where we've done that before, and he became the single best jungler in the game, and no one came close to it.

Well yeah, in like season 6 Graves had access to items like Steraks Gauge, as well as other tank items, but a lot of those items were changed, in addition to the nerfs to him. So if they buffed him, he wouldn't even be broken.

Uh, what? Also no, I'm not saying it was only the removal of -3 attack damage from his base stats, it's the nerfs he's gotten to himself, and to what he uses, like his items, runes and so on...my point I am trying to make, he is no longer good early game, and he doesn't scale well later into the game either...

Not the -3 ad nerf, but 3 ad isn't that low of a nerf either. The main problem is his MR that he used to get from E that was removed also the problem here is that you can't really farm jungle anymore because of the exp nerfs, so i don't think he will be back even if they revert all the direct nerfs he received. Conqueror doesn't work on him either so there's nothing going for him.

Now he gets poked down by imba mages. Hes melee range because of his shotgun but he doesnt have too much resistance. He needs to build a lot of ad to be relevant but at the same time it leaves him exposed. He just gets bursted down too easy or gets kited and poked. He is wierd and i feel he only works again some comps.
