If you want more champions to be played in the jungle, buff the extremely weaker junglers so that they're up to par with the meta picks. You don't see junglers like Xin Zhao, Ivern, Kayn, Udyr, Trundle, J4 and so on because they can't compete with Lee Sin, Ekko, Elise, Olaf, Reksai and so fourth. You don't need to shift Top laners and Mid laners to achieve more options.

Actually, almost every duo i see is exploiting J4+Garen. Riding how severely overtuned Garen is, even moreso when you throw a attackspeed Banner down for him.

I never see Kayn because I ban that cancer. I see Xin trundle and J4 all the time. And I main udyr so I see him nearly every game. The sole problem with this game is damage is way too high so that everyone can keep up with assassins.

Kayn is a bad champion though.

isn't trundle, j4 and xin good at every elo? trundle really shouldn't be good considering tanks aren't being played though.

I'm talking high elo. You only see the same five champions every game in mid-high diamond. And that's because the champions I listed aren't nearly as good.

j4, karthus, gragas are all picked often in high elo, trundle shouldn't be picked often since his somewhat of a specialist counter to single tank comps but tanks really aren't played that much currently.

J4 has a decent early game and then falls off a cliff in relevancy. Same with Xin and Trundle.

j4 is seeing popularity because his Banner is a huge buff to a handful of champions who are alrdy over-performing. Primarily Garen. J4 himself is actually a giant worthless POS, but his Attack speed aura makes broken champs even more broken.
