Man jungle exp is actually terrible, why am I getting out leveled by Mid and Top laners. A full clear, with both crabs if lucky, only puts you at like level four; half way to level five. And by the time you hit that, Mid and Top is level six-seven?
I was playing with a friend yesterday and he died top lane 1v1. I said I'd come help but looked at levels and he was lv9 and I was lv5 as jg... so I told him sorry can't help. :[
I think the jungle item should add more damage and automatically be AOE (even if you don't have any AOE attack) and buff jg monsters health to compensate if needed. The goal being more equalized clear speed for all junglers... otherwise you are kind of limited at the moment on what is viable.
Maybe play something that doesn't take a week to finish a clear?
Nocturne for example can finish a whole clear with proper patching at kiting before the first scuttle spawns, so if a lamer is level 7 at 3:15 m then maybe their opponent is hard inting and not jg xp problems.
