Has anyone honestly gotten a single Key Shard recently?

From personal experience and all I can see on Boards here, no one has been getting key shards recently. Even with the decreased rate people keep mentioning, key shards seem to be nonexistent almost. It's been well over a month since I've gotten one, and the preceding two months before I was barely playing League; only an occasion bot game with a good friend. So I wasn't even capable of winning key shards for awhile there, so it should have reset my rate since I last got one.

So I want to legitimately ask if anyone has gotten a key shard recently at all? Cause at this point, I'm really wondering if they are bugged or something.

It's almost ruining the game for me when I'm just playing to get key shards at this point but come up empty no matter how many PvP games I win.

EDIT: Can you not get them if all your chests are down mayhaps? Cause I have no chests to earn for another, 18 hours still. Maybe you can only get key shards while you have a chest available to earn?

EDIT 2: Maybe mentionable I don't play Summoner's Rift at all really; ranked or norms. You're supposed to still be able to get key shards in the other games modes though. So unless the drop rate in less in them compared to SR, I don't know why I'm not getting them. I've been winning enough since playing regularly again; and as I mentioned previously, I had not been playing PvP the past 2 months before now, so I haven't won a shard in forever in general. Meaning my rate on getting one should still be high, right?

I hate to be melodramatic, but am I just the unluckiest person in the League? [zombie-nunu-tears]
