Please fix the Orange Essence system

I don't remember when did it all go to hell, probably when Blue Essence and IP got fused into one. But right now it seems IMPOSSIBLE to realistically get enough orange dust to unlock a skin, let alone a high tier one. Yeah it might be all "RNG", but the level up chests are definitely more likely to give you stuff that turns into blue essence (very little at that), and in the rare case you get something orange they somehow reduced its value by a lot.

Riot shouldn't just return the Orange Essence to pre-nerf values, dissenchanting should give you EVEN MORE orange essence than before considering they made it harder to get skins from chests. Well, I don't remember if that's official or I just have bad luck, but it still needs fixing since they just made it harder than before.
