Riot should cut ALL damage by 4 times with a Hotfix

You know, they could simply reduce ALL damage values by 3 or 4 times in the meantime with a HotFix and the game would be better. I don't know about specific things (though I'm sure there are hundreds of posts giving good advice and Riot isn't listening), but I know the game got way too FAST. I played the most in S2 and S3 and it feels like a different game right now, and not a better one mind you.

When I go into a fight I expect to be able to get hit and not die, this isn't Call of Duty with their headshots, getting hit by a spell on equally built characters shouldn't mean death. I expect to have leeway for 2 or 3 mistakes, to unload my full spell rotation on someone and still run around punching people and stuff like that, do a few jukes and feints and see how people in both teams slowly die until there is a victor. You know, a real fight, where both teams don't know how it'll end.

But that isn't even close to what I'm getting. Fights don't even last 30 SECONDS. Thirty seconds is a really short amount of time but the game is geared towards that. A "fight" starts and ends in the same second, both teams simply throw all of their R's and Q's in a big clash and see which team remains with the most players to kill off the other team. Unless you're a full tank you aren't even getting off your full rotation of spells, and ideally I'd like to see players going through 3 rotations in a fight.

So just cut the damage 4 times and let's all be happy. Killing a champion should take some dediction and thought, if you want to BOOMSPLASH someone the only way should be by focusing him with your full team (while the enemy team likewise will focus one of your own). Give us more room for error, I remember thinking I was a decent player and right now I get quickscoped whenever I slightly misposition myself as if I was playing a FPS and someone sniped me without me understanding what happened.

Not same genre, but the most fun fighting games I've played are the ones with balanced damage where not even using your ultimate attack will kill your enemy, I'm talking about minutes long fights with both characters punching each other and looking for opportunities many times. Meanwhile I've played other fighting games where your only goal is to break the enemy guard and combo them to death in 10 seconds; those games are just frustrating and I see Riot headed in that direction.

melee damage should be cut in half, and armor/mr on non tanks too.
