@ Riot: Since games are going to be shorter, can Sion's W receive some compensation?

His health stacking passive is already unbearably underwhelming. Since games are going to be ending quicker now, his passive becomes even more useless.

Some of you that don't ever play Sion might be saying to yourselves: "But Serge, he has infinitely stacking health! He's good as he is and is very tanky!" Well, yes, he can be tanky, obviously. However, look at Sion's health value at level 18:

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_champions%27_health

He has one of the lowest level 18 health values in the game. And his passive stacks extremely slow. I've played games that go up to 50 minutes long (before preseason) with good CS (not perfect, obviously) and I might be lucky to have 800 bonus HP.

And some people (who again, don't play Sion) might say: "But Serge, his W gives him a strong shield! That's bonus health right there!" Again, this is true, however, the amount is based on Sion's health. So, early and mid game it's pretty abysmal. And since Sion's armor value, as seen here: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_champions%27_armor is rather low (considering he is a tank/fighter) it means that Sion's W gets popped so easily that he can't even detonate it against jungle camps effectively early game.

I understand that Sion's E was oppressive when he came out, and it got nerfed--rightfully so. But his W was hit hard with nerfs too, and now that games are shorter than ever, his W passive is just garbage.

I don't know how these shorter games are effecting Nasus, Veigar and Thresh, but I can tell you right now that, in my opinion: Sion is in a rough spot currently.

Maybe I'm wrong? Can other Sion players tell me if I'm just seeing this incorrectly or something?

if he gets an avererage of 17 minions per level he equals or exceeds every other hp growth stat in the game all he needs is a base health buff if he even needs that much.

That's like saying that every stacking champion, like Veigar and Nasus should also receives some stacking buffs for the games being so short now. Those champions are supposed to be really strong late game, and not early game. I dont believe Riot is going to change how they stack just because the games are going to be shorter.

Champ.gg suggests he doesn't need buffs. I mean, he basically isn't played, but he seems to be doing pretty well regardless what with three consistent ~53% win rate.

I mean maybe he could use a buff to W but idk...

There are still long games but its quite obvious that Riot is trying to make games shorter... meaning that yes some of these late game stackers are indirectly getting the bad end of the deal.

I have noted that his W could use a buff even before all these changes. Sion's health stacking is .... just okay. It's not as good as Nasus/Veig stacking. Not even close
