Why is cait allowed to be so strong with 0 counters?

Let's look at cait after rework, she is OVERPOWERED early game, has MASSIVE powerspikes throughout midgame (notably runans and ie) and IS ONE OF THE STRONGEST ADCS LATE GAME. Now, let's name a champion with the same sort of power all throughout the game. Draven is strong early, has large powerspikes throughout mid, and has massive damage lategame. Whats the difference? Cait has EXTREMELY STRONG SELF PEEL, she has MUCH LONGER range, she has a stronger early game because she can auto every other adc every time they go for any cs, and she has 0 drawbacks. People complain about vayne, but honestly i think cait needs MASSIVE nerfs, used to be her massive range was acceptable because she fell off late game, but now the only champions i can name that have a stronger late game are maybe jinx and vayne, and say what you want about vayne but her early game is nowhere near as strong as caits. Oh, and i forgot about HER INVINCIBLE TRAPS, WHY ARE THEY INVINCIBLE!?!?!?!?
