Yeeeeeah. I play Zyra mid lane, and I've laned against the new Vlad a decent number of times. At the end of every game, his total healing is within 5% of my total damage, and his damage is about 2/3 to 3/4 of my damage.

His ramp up time is really just way too short for how hard he is to kill.

if riot likes them, they will nerf them slightly on PBE and give them compensation buffs elsewhere, when it hits live they will undo the nerfs because they were too hard, and leave the compensation buff in place.

If riot doesn't like them, they will get gutted untill their rework in 2025, without any update of lore/new skins.
