Is AD Diana viable?
I feel like she can use her passive to melt a health bar if she's built AD.

AD anything is viable. Doesn't mean it's optimal. Diana loses a lot of her bulk if you take her AD, and she explodes people just fine as AP.

But if so Diana fails to one shot, she's most likely dead. Would hybrid work on her?
If that hybrid is tank. I wouldn't do AD/AP hybrid if I were you.
Her passive doesn't scale with AD though.
If you want to go for DPS, just go for an ap/as build. Nashor's is great on her, and Wit's can actually be pretty solid.

I think it does
Her passive for an AD build is pretty much just +20 AS with some base bonus damage, since she doesn't scale of it. Similar to AD kayle, but AD kayle at least has range. She has no survivibility to sustain it though, unlike champs who were made to do that.
if u want to go off-meta with her, a solid build is an on hit ap bruiser...
nashors, iceborns, and then maybe wits end and the rest tank items. thornmail, sunfire, warmogs, spirit visage/banshees... stuff like that.
it's fun, and viable top jg and even mid depending on the matchup.

Iceborn's actually pretty solid on her. I used to build it against full AD teams. Haven't tried it since they removed the AP, though.
