Fiora's design sounds great at first, but when you think about it...

Feast or famine isn't a good thing. This was old Fiora, and we know she was really bad with her untargettability and double lunges.

But new Fiora is wrong in the opposite direction. New Fiora is strong whether she's behind or not. Fiora has % hp true damage through her passive and ult, making her a threat even when she isn't ahead (She's just more of a threat when she's ahead). Her ult makes sure that if she can't do any damage, she can at least proc one vital on her ult and if her team cleans up for her, that's a team-wide heal. Her parry ensures that unless she's really bad with skillshots, she can get at least one proc off or get into the fight. Her w also stuns when an immobilizing effect is on her, so she provides a stun for the fight as well.

If Fiora is behind, she can simply go tank/bruiser and provide too much utility and damage for her team for being behind.

I know that this was kinda the point of changing her, but I believe that she shouldn't be a threat to the enemy team when she's 0/4/0. In many cases (At least in Silver), she wins fights as well because proccing all the vitals on her ult, unless the enemy is incredibly fed, means that she wins the fight or the opponent is forced to retreat.

I think that Fiora currently does too much for the kit she has, and that for being a skirmishing duelist, she excels in teamfights too well.
