iBlitz was originally to celebrate the launch of the Mac client, but now he's been rolled into the 'Program' world where an army of them do Lissandra's bidding! I imagine them helping future-grandmas to cross cyber-roads and apprehending e-criminals.

My personal guess would be that program lissandra is sort of a control freak,with good intentions. She wants the best for humanity,but goes to extremes for what she considers to be the best.

It means I always think very carefully about the world that any set of skins is coming from, even if it's just to ensure the designs make sense and feel like they are part of a cohesive living environment!

I like this skin a lot so also giving a shout out. Her other skins look kind of freaky so digging the cyborg/robot look. Reminds me of the AI for the terrans from starcraft. Digging it.

I really think Program Bard would work very well.

Little robot meeps following him around. His Q would have the pixelated effect. Magical Journey I picture sort of like the twilight portals from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Would be a really cool effect.

Syndra and Orianna! With Orianna being legendary and getting a GLaDOS-like mean/sarcastic voice over, and taunts for allies! Maybe Karthus too!

Heimer, of course, with turrets looking like those small robots in portal that send lasers (never played the game so I don't know what they are called, but portal robots are just amazing)

I don't know why but I feel like bards model fit this theme...

Nami could be interesting, sending energy waves instead of water and her model could be more of a floating robot with no legs and a kind of fish like tail, maybe something more oval without the fins idk if you feel me...

Well we currently have: Lissandra Mid Soraka Support Blitzcrank Top (Questionably)

Personally I feel like Kalista would be a great fit for the theme, Turning her partners into code to protect them from harm! Also great chance for some Ghost in the Shell influence (Since she'd be more of a spirit in a machine, than a cyborg like the Project skinline) -( Also Let's face it, Kalista kind of acts like a machine of vengeance anyways! )- Also maybe RekSai as the jungler? Swimming through code and using information highways to get from one location to the next with startling precision!

For a more proper Top laner, Program Shen might work out fairly well.

Well, let's say that this is robots that create other robots, which is probably the case, but here's one question that I have. Does the robot of Lissandra have emotions? IS it capable of emotion?

Because here's my skin idea: Defective Quinn.

Valor is another robot, and they're companions. They can literally have a link. Maybe Quinn created it, maybe she found it in a testing lab. Maybe it would fit into Project. But a robo-Quinn skin would be amazing.

After doing the concept for Lissandra I made a short list of champions who I think would be interesting fits for the Program thematic and you know what, one of them was Shaco! So I totally agree and will suggest him as a candidate again next time we get to designing some.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts about what his abilities might look like on such a skin.

i think Shaco could throw sort of like a dagger thing with pixels and coding behind it. his w could be a glitch in the coding that makes nearby champions fear(run away) from it. his e could be when he disappears he creates a cloud of coding where he disappeared and when he comes back a small explosion type thing. his ult could be when he ults he creates two forms that are like glitches and coding errors when he separates and he would go back to normal when it is finished or he clone dies.

Deceive: Shaco very quickly turns to grid model and fades. It'll have to be really fast. Jack In Box: made of metal, shoots laser bolts (obviously) Two-Shiv: can come out of an arm mounted rifle like shape Hallucinate: both should vanish and re-emerge as a warp-in maybe...

I think a lot of the effect will be in the soundscape.... when he throws the shiv for instance...

I love playing her too and I thought this was a really strong idea because she has a cold almost alien demeanor and I felt that translated well to the idea of a cold artificial intelligence that cares not for the frail humans. I also tried to create an unsettling effect by placing clean white smooth exterior pieces which follow the human form over the top of black tubes and hinges that suggest a completely artificial and inhuman interior. I really love how the effects turned out too and feel like they are pretty refreshing compared to what we've done in the past in LoL.

I would have to agree with the fact that Lissandra seems not to care much about human existence, and with the new voice augmentation, it fits very well with her voice files already existing. For anything that doesn't talk about Freljord, it seems like Lissandra could quite possibly exist in our world (Assuming Ice would be renamed to I.C.E as an executable for destruction or death or something.)

Her particles in general give me a vibe of "This is MY game now." Almost like Lissandra has hacked your game and is invading from a source unknown.

The tubes gave me a feel of a "Machine gone mad" sort of thing. It looks as if Lissandra was once a peaceful robot meant to do human's biddings, but like how all these stories go, she gains sentience and has been broken from her "chains" (tubes).

Technically I don't own Lissandra because I'm not a fan of her playstyle, but she will continue to be my favorite champion from a lore and artistic perspective that Riot has ever created, and I think this skin reflects perfectly on that.

That's really cool to hear! I'm glad that a lot of the thoughts behind the skin come through clearly in the execution. We tried to do the 'This is MY game now' with Final Boss Veigar, but Adam's vfx (particularly the E) on Lissandra really feel like she's tearing up the polygons of SR and I think it's rad.

It's interesting to hear that you love her design and lore even though you don't like her gameplay. When we make skins of course we are thinking about Lissandra mains and the way it feels to play that champion as well as their core character, and hopefully champions personalities are echoed in their gameplay when we do it right, but I will also be thinking about the rare players that just love the character outside of the gameplay >:)

Why do you guys make these cool ideas just to stop short and cut corners with things like the VO?

As an "alternate fantasy" skin it makes zero sense for her to be talking about Freljord and 'burying the world in ice'

The point behind using Voice filters instead of VOs is to cut costs, both for them and us. If Lissandra got a full VO, or hell if half the more recent skins that use Voice filtering had to use new VOs, Riot would be dealing with a lot more 1820rp skins than would ever be accepted by the community. These strike a nice balance, of fitting thematically, but not forcing the skin into the legendary skintier

Kassadin, mostly just because his ground particles already look "techy" to me.

I think both Varus and Zyra would be superb in the program set. Varus could be a "corrupted" program, and Zyra would be the hacker or control module AI or something. Also would make a great team composition with the current program skins coming out.

Or, you know... Firewall Braum. ;)
